You can export every project, runsheet, and uploaded document in Excel, PDF, and JSON formats at any time — including during the trial. After cancellation, your account is read-only for 60 days, then archived. You can reactivate within 12 months without losing anything.

Up or down, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Enterprise is a custom annual contract. Pricing is based on user count, document storage, API call volume, and any custom integrations or deployment requirements (US-only residency, air-gapped, etc.). Most Enterprise contracts land between $40K and $200K/year.

All 254 Texas counties are fully supported with county portal quick-launch. Oklahoma, New Mexico, Louisiana, Colorado, and Wyoming are partially live and expanding monthly. Other states use generic search workflows. Ask us about your county.
