The first version of TitleTracer was a spreadsheet our founder built to keep track of a 30-year surface search on a single 2-acre tract off Highway 380. It saved enough time on that one project to be worth rebuilding properly.
Three years and several thousand projects later, that spreadsheet is a real platform — used by independent landmen, title companies, law firms, E&P operators, state DOTs, and renewable energy developers across the southwest.
